1. General Provisions

These terms apply to all sales of plain and custom-printed packaging materials. By placing an order, the buyer accepts these terms in full. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

We are committed to processing your orders efficiently. Timelines vary based on the nature of the product:

• Plain Products: Dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

• Custom Printed Products: Dispatched within 7–10 working days. This timeline begins only after the final digital artwork has been approved by the client and any required advance payments have been cleared.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer flexible shipping options tailored to your volume and urgency. Upon checkout, buyers may select between:

• Delivery by Courier: Fast, door-to-door transit (e.g., DTDC, Shree Anjani Courier). Cost is calculated based on precise weight and destination pin code.

• Delivery by Road Transport: A highly cost-effective, standard freight solution ideal for bulk orders.

• Transit Liability: Once products are handed over to the courier or transport partner, we are not liable for transit delays. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon dispatch from our manufacturing facility.

4. Custom Printing & Artwork Approval

For personalized products, the following conditions apply to protect both parties:

• Digital Proofs (Chargeable): We will provide a digital mock-up of the design before production. The buyer is entirely responsible for verifying layout, spelling, and logo placement.

• Color Variations: Due to the porous nature and natural color variations of unbleached kraft paper, exact Pantone (PMS) color matching cannot be guaranteed. Colors may appear slightly darker or muted compared to a digital screen. This natural variation is standard in kraft paper printing and does not constitute a defect.

• Intellectual Property: By submitting a logo or design, the buyer warrants that they hold the legal right to use the respective trademarks and indemnifies us against any copyright infringement claims.

5. Manufacturing Tolerances (Industry Standards)

Paper bag manufacturing involves automated machinery and natural materials. We operate under the following standard industry tolerances:

• Size Variance: A dimensional tolerance of +/- 5% in width, height, or gusset is acceptable.

• Paper GSM Variance: A variance of +/- 5% in paper thickness (GSM) may occur depending on the paper mill’s raw material batch.

• Quantity (Over/Under Runs): For bulk custom orders, we reserve the right to deliver and bill for up to 10% over or under the requested quantity to account for quality control rejections on the printing line.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Plain Products: Unused, undamaged plain bags may be returned within 48 hours of delivery at the buyer’s shipping expense. A standard restocking fee of 5% of the total order value may apply.

• Custom Printed Products: Due to their personalized nature, printed products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once the final proof is approved and production has begun, unless there is a critical manufacturing defect.

• Defect Reporting: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or severe damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic/video evidence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Eco Packagings be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our packaging products, or from delivery delays outside of our direct control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
