Return and Refund Policy

At Eco Packagings, we are committed to delivering high-quality paper packaging products. Because our products are often manufactured in bulk or custom-printed to your exact specifications, we operate under a strict return and refund policy to maintain our standard of service and affordability.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Standard Return Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any plain or custom-printed products. Due to the nature of the packaging industry and the personalized elements of our custom-printed bags and boxes, all sales are considered final once the order is processed and dispatched.

2. Exceptions: Manufacturing Defects and Incorrect Products

We stand by the quality of our manufacturing. Returns, refunds, or replacements are only authorized under the following rare circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The product has a critical structural or printing defect that renders it unusable (e.g., severe tearing out of the box, broken handles, or a print that entirely deviates from the approved digital proof). Please note that standard industry tolerances (+/- 5% in size/GSM) and natural color variations on unbleached kraft paper are not considered defects.

  • Incorrect Product Delivered: You received a product size, type, or specification completely different from what was stated on your final invoice.

3. How to Report an Issue (The Claim Process)

If your order meets one of the exceptions listed above, you must initiate a claim immediately upon receiving your shipment.

  1. Reporting Window: All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.

  2. Provide Evidence: Contact our support team with your Order Number and clear photographic/video evidence showing the defect or the incorrect items received.

  3. Review: Our quality assurance team will review your claim. We may request that a sample of the defective product be shipped back to us for inspection.

4. Resolution: Replacements and Refunds

If your claim for a defective or incorrect product is approved:

  • Replacements: We will expedite the manufacturing and shipping of a replacement batch at no additional cost to you.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is not feasible, we will initiate a refund for the affected portion of your order. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Plain Products: Orders for plain products can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once handed over to the courier or transport partner, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Custom Printed Products: Orders for custom-printed items cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once the final digital artwork has been approved and production has commenced.

6. Sample Orders

Please note that all sample orders (₹600 for plain bags, or base printing cost for printed bags) are final sale and strictly non-refundable.
